1. You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions
2. ​1​5 Days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% refund of the amount received
​3. 1​4 to ​1​0 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
4. ​1​0 to ​0​8 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
​5. 0​7 days or less then ​0​7 days to your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Refund Policy :

Any Payment due towards ​​​Celebrate Vacation Hotel Mussoorie Hotel will be refunded in 45 working days in the same bank account through which ​Celebrate Vacation Hotel Mussoorie Hotel has received the payment.

If you need to cancel your stay, please email us at sales@​c​elebratevacation.co with your Booking ID. To process your refund quickly (if applicable), kindly include your Bank Account details or UPI ID in the email.
