• Payment
  All room prices and payment details are mentioned during the booking process. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the reservation. Failure to complete the payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy
  Cancellation and refund policies depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming the reservation.
• Changes to Booking

• Check-in and Check-out
  Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) at the time of check-in as per hotel policy.

• Guest Responsibilities

• Force Majeure
  Celebrate Vacation shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
• Complaints and Disputes
  Guests are encouraged to report any concerns or issues during their stay so that the hotel management can resolve them promptly.
• Liability
  Celebrate Vacation's liability is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation services booked through our website.
• Termination of Services
  Celebrate Vacation reserves the right to terminate services or cancel a reservation if a guest violates hotel policies or engages in disruptive behavior.
• Privacy
  All personal information provided during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for reservation and communication purposes.
