Cancellation Policy :
1. You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions
2. 15 Days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% refund of the amount received
3. 14 to 10 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
4. 10 to 08 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
5. 07 days or less then 07 days to your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Refund Policy :
Any Payment due towards Celebrate Vacation Hotel Mussoorie Hotel will be refunded in 45 working days in the same bank account through which Celebrate Vacation Hotel Mussoorie Hotel has received the payment.

If you need to cancel your stay, please email us at sales@celebratevacation.co with your Booking ID. To process your refund quickly (if applicable), kindly include your Bank Account details or UPI ID in the email.
